How do I set up my signature AND email disclaimer in an email?

How do I set up my signature AND email disclaimer in an email? I know how to
set up my signature, but I don't know how to set up a disclaimer message, so
I have been putting my disclaimer where my signature used to be. How do I use
both?

Outlook has no disclaimer feature. A disclaimer, as far as Outlook is
concerned, is a signature.

The better place to apply disclaimers is at the server.
