How do I set up my Outlook with the settings when started?

I need some help with setting up my incoming and outgoing servers? what does
it mean?
 
Check your ISP website or administrator to get the values to enter on the
account properties dialog: incoming and outgoing server names, typically
something like mail.ispname.com or pop.ispname.com, plus password, and
security settings if any.
