How do I set up my email address for outlook?

I just got Microsoft Outlook and I cant figure out how to set up my email
account, can anyone help?

re-post to the appropriate Outlook newsgroup. However, your best bet is
likely to search your ISP's web site for specific directions, or to call for
technical help.
