How do i set up my blackberry to work with my email?

Please can somebody help me with setting up my Blackberry with my work email
account. I have tried lots of different things and it is not working.
I have got all my email folders, tasks, meeting requests etc but no emails??
 
You can configure your Blackberry to directly download the mail from your
mail server. Outlook is not involved in this process.
Better to ask this in a support channel for your Blackberry.
