how do i set up import mail to outlook from hotmail?

I have Cox Cable internet in OKC. How do i set up the outlook express to
retrieve the emails from my cox.net account as well as my hotmail account. I
dont know what a pop3 or any of that stuff is, i just want it to do it!

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
