How do I set up a yahoo e-mail address to go to Outlook?

I tried to set up my outlook to receive my yahoo e-mail. It keeps saying that
my username and password are not correct, but I know they are. Can you help
me?

pop.mail.yahoo.com for the POP3
and our smtp is smtp.ar51.net (this is the one we use for all of our other
e-mail accounts - it is our provider)

Is this a paid Yahoo mail account? If not, in the USA, you can't access the
Yahoo account through Outlook.

i cannot send any messages in friendster though my email address is correct.
