How do I set up a slide show to start automatically when opened t.

I would like to send a slide show presentation to an email address as as
attachment, but would like the slide show presentation to start as soon as
the attachment is opened up - this is a wedding proposal & do not want the
slides seen before the slide show.
Thanks

Send the attachment as a PPS instead of a PPT (default file type). You can
change the file extension in Windows Explorer or open up the file and do a
"File", "Save as", and change the "Save as type" to a "PowerPoint Slideshow
(.pps)".

What Bill says, will work only if the recipient has PowerPoint or the PowerPoint
viewer installed on their computer.

Michael, how does one go about making a PowerPoint for a recipient w/o
PowerPoint or the PowerPoint viewer on their computer?

Publish it to an html file a post it on a web site is one way. Provide a link
for the recipient to download and install the viewer would be another. Or,
convert it to video file like Flash for example. Here is a place to start
