How do I set up a formated email for group mailing?

I am trying to set up an email template that has my company information on
it. One that I can select when I do a mess email or to new clients.

Are you trying to do this with Access (the database product that's part of
Office Professional, and the subject of this particular newsgroup)?

If not, I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to whatever email client
you use (Outlook? Outlook Express?)
