How do I set up a Cristmas Card list ?

I've tried Excel, but it gets too hairy for me. Isn't there a "list wizard"
that I could manager the list with changes year to year?
 
I use Outlook and give the person a category of "Holiday Cards."

The alternative is to setup a table with one column for each line of the
address. Add a top row with fieldnames (see
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm for an example)
then use it for mail merge
