How do i set the default folder for incoming mail in outlook 2007

Hi

i am running Outlook 2007 with exchange server. I have my mailbox and then
my personal folder. I want to let all incoming mail go directly to the
personal folders without going to mailbox first and then having to move it.
How do i set that up?
