how do I send messages

everytime I go to send a message it tells me I need to subscribe to it, Is
this true
 
Don't have any idea what you are talking about. You must subscribe to *IT*?

This is a Microsoft Access newsgroup. Please post to a group that deals
with the program you are using.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. I have no idea what program
you're using to send messages, so I can't suggest which newsgroup.
