How do I send mail from other mailbox without "Sent on Behalf Of".

I have the permissions setup on the mailbox (send as, receive as and full
mailbox rights). It looks in the inbox like it's from the right user but
when the message is opened it shows From UserA on behalf of UserB. Is this
normal or can I have that From line in the message only show UserB as well.

The Exchange administrator would need to grant UserB Send As permission on
UserA's mailbox
