How do I send an email to someone not in my contacts list.

Outlook won't let me send an email if the name is not in my contacts folder.
I occasionally get emails that I try to unsubscribe and outlook will not
allow me to do it. I am using Outlook 2002.

Never EVER reply to a Spam email that gives you an "unsubscribe" option -
all it does is tell the spammer they have found a real live email
address.....just delete them.

Define "will not allow". You send an email to someone not in your Contacts
exactly like you send one to someone in your Contacts: you put the email
address in the To field.
