how do I send an email there is no send button

i have to open an report and send it twice a week, i did this fine but had to
get a new hard drive in my computer and I reinstalled microsoft office, since
i did that i can not send my report, I can open it no problem and type it up
the same but i can not send it, this is very important to me as if reachmedia
do not get my report the distributors do not get paid, can you please help me

Have you a) set Outlook as your default email application and b) set up your
email account in it?
