I am using Outlook 2000. I have my email newsletter all ready to go. My ISP
limits the size of an email, so I can usually only send the email to about
15-20 email addresses in one "send". I already have all the addresses in my
Contacts. Is there a way to send the email to every address in my Contacts?
I have read the Help topic for Mail Merge, but this seems to apply more to
Word documents. I do not need to "customize" the email with each
individual's name. From my Contacts view, I have pulled down the Tools menu
and clicked on Mail Merge. But I can't figure out where to go from there.

Mail Merge in Word allows you to personalize the messages but doesn't
require you to do so.
Where do you get stuck?

This seems to be a standard deliverability problem. You can find more
information here: http://www.deliverability.com/
If your goal is to send enewsletter easily and without deliverability
problems, I suggest an outsourced solution. Using a ESP (email service
provider) you will solve your problems. I use MailUpNet, and I pay a
flat annual fee.
