Not an Outlook issue. This is a printer issue in what configuration
options are available when you choose to print to that printer.

http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/...oductdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&cs=19&sku=223-4698

It says "Optional duplex". Doesn't say optional duplex WHAT? Maybe
it requires an addition accessory that attaches to the printer to
re-feed that paper back into the printer, like my HP Desktop 970Cse
requires the automatic 2-side module to be plugged into the backside.

If you did not get the "optional duplex <something>" module that plugs
into the printer, you will have to see if their printer
driver/software has an option to emulate 2-sided printing which has
you print one side, flip over the output stack, and then print the
other side.

If you do not have or cannot find the user manual that came with the
printer, you could read the online copy at
http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/prn968/en/index.htm.
Then go read the "Printing -> Duplexing a Print Job (Two-Sided
Printing)" section. Gee, the manual, who da figure, huh?
