How do I see the sender of a saved .msg email file

I though that at one point you could right click on an email file and there
is a tab that tells you who originally sent the email. These are emails
saved outside of the Outlook folders as .msg files. How do I get to this tab?

You must open MSG files in Outlook in order to view anything about them
(except Windows file system information like size).
