How do I save user's My Documents on the server?

I'm sorry I don't know the term Microsoft uses to research how to do
this. I am trying to get the user's "My Documents" will save on the
server under their account instead of locally on the machine.

I know I can right click on My Documents (XP Pro.) and select a mapped
drive to save their documents to, but what I am trying to do it get it
so there is a folder automatically created out there on the server for
them.

Can it be set up so that a folder for their account is created
automatically, the client maps a drive to say the G: and then it knows
where to save it on the server?

Any helps is appreciated.
