Change My documents directory

Hi group,

In my company, we have a Windows 2000 Server with AD, and another with
exchange server.
Anywhere users login, they have mapped their Z directory to a folder on the
storage server with their login names.
Me question is, how can i change the pass of "My documents" to a folder on
this Z directory?

Use folder redirection in group policy to change the path of the My
Docs folder. In the GPO use UNC mappings instead of z:. The users will
then have access through their My Docs or through the z: drive.
