How do I save Just the e-address of the sender when they send me .

I want to save Just the E-address of those that send me Email. How do i
accomplish this?
I am using Outlook.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.outlook.
