I have used Windows XP Home Back Up to copy a number of folders to a CDRW
using the incremental backup. I needed to re build my system and now when I
try to restore the folders I get an error message which says "folder is not
accessible. Access is denied".
Can I get my data back?

Hi,

Logon as administrator and copy the files to the hard drive, then take
ownership.

You created the cd-rw with special formatting in a program like Nero's
InCD or Roxio's DirectCD. You will need to have that same program on
your new computer to read the disk. The easier thing is to put the disk
back in the old computer, copy off the data, and now burn that data to
a plain cd-r. You'll be able to read the data with no problem on any
machine.
