HOW DO I RETRIEVE AN OLD COPY OF AN EXCEL FILE BEFORE LAST BACKUP

MY ASSISTANT CLEARED A COLUMN OF AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET AND THEN BACKED UP WITH
SAVE. iS THERE ANY WAY TO GO BACK TO THE SPREADSHEET THAT SHE STARTED WITH?
 
The reason this site is called ACCESS Monster is that it's a site for MS
Access users/developers! I'd suggest you post your problem on an Excel site!
