how do I retain attachments in email linked to business contacts

I want to preserve attachments in email linked to business contacts. I have
found examples in my business contact history where attachments remain
intact, but most emails lose all attachments and formatting.

To retain your attachments linked to emails you need to have the email still
present in the Personal folder file in Outlook.Deleting the email from the
folder list in Outlook who casue such an issue
