Email History not available to other users



emails have been successfully linked to Account/Business Contacts and an
Opportunity. But when another user goes to view the History in the
Account/Business Contact/Opportunity the attachments are not available. It
would appear that only attachments that are on your own machine can be seen.
Can these attachments be viewed by other users.

If you want everyone to have access to the attachments, put them on a shared
server that everyone can access them. You could map a drive called the S:
drive (for Shared) and each PC on your network would then have the same path
to S:\Documents\Clients\xyz.doc for example.
