how do I restore .dbx files to Outlook Express?

My hard drive needed space and all my saved emails were
wiped out of Outlook Express and I need them. How do I
restore the .dbx files to OE?

If you deleted the .dbx files, try recovering them with DBXpress:

http://www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/Default.aspx

If you still have the .dbx files, try putting them back in the OE data
folder.
