How do I reset the default colors on a reply in Outlook 2007

All my reply messages' default font colors are a very faint yellow. When I
click on the default color (which shows that it is black) the default color
remains yellow. I need to know how to reset the default color to black in
Outlook 2007 Beta 2 Tech. Refresh.

Same as in previous versions;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Startionery and Fonts...

Unfortunately, it's not that easy. I actually think that it is a programming
error.

After playing around with what Roady suggestion I found out that none of the
stationary selections appear to work when Replying to mail. I sampled about
5 and the settings for reply mail, like Axis which is the one originally
giving me trouble, produce the light yellow text unless I select Black.

Does anyone know if this is normal, or if it might be a programming error in
the new Beta 2?
