How do I report a bug in a Cumulative Security Update for XP?

I've looked all over the website, doing searches,
attempting to find where I can lodge a bug/complaint about
a Microsoft Security Update for XP/Internet
Explorer, "QFE: MS04-004 Cumulative Security Update for
Internet Explorer (832894)".

Is there an official page/phone number/email address? Or
should I just post my problem here?
This update may possibly affect the way our company's web
page performs, and must find a solution.

I wish I had an answer for you, but perhaps the help I can
give is to let you know that Microsoft pays ZERO attention
to technical content of these posts. They may do some
semi-moderation of language, but that's it. Perhaps your
easiest contact would be to get ahold of George Bush, then
see if he might slip the word to Bill.

Hi,

Best way, log a call with MS Product Support. They have systems in place to
escalate the case to the Bug teams if it found to be a bug.
