Cumulative Security Update

Anyone else still showing the yellow shield and that the :Cumulative
Security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP (KB947864) is
available for
download after i installed it on tuesday ?

Hi Ron, new guy here. I did my updates on Tuesday and thought I had them all
but found out that I didn't get Explorer 7 for Windows XP (KB947864).
I went back to Microsoft update site and did a scan but it still didn't show that I needed it.
I had to download it to my desktop and install.

computers

Hi Phil, Welcome to this newsgroup alot of excellent people here. No my
update
went well (successful) even shows up in my history, just wondering because
sometimes in the past some updates took a couple of re-boots before the
shield
finally stopped showing up. Ron

I don't use auto update so maybe that's why I don't see a shield.
