How do I remove email account details from a printout?

If I click forward on an email in my inbox and then print, Outlook 2003 would
just print the contents of the page. Now I have upgraded to 2007 when I do
this the email account details are printed at the top of the page (email
account name and email title followed by a black line).

I do not want this data to be printed.

How can I remove it from the printout?

I never had to do that with Outlook 2003.

I have to do this all the time and the C&P option is too time consuming.

So what's the problem with having the account printed out on the top?

The get printed as a PDF file and uploaded to a website. The email headers
are confidential and not for publication.
