how do I print out bcc addresses in an email

I have Outlook 2003. I have sent an email with 20 bcc addresses. When I
print out the email the bcc addresses are not shown in the printout. How do
I printout the bcc addresses?

Edit | Edit Message and copy and paste them into the body of the message
would work.
