how do I remove the name from the top of a printed email

hi
my husband and I use the smae user account in outlook and have several email
addresses each.
Everything is fine except if we have to print an email when at the top there
is my name in heavy black type, a black line and then the usual email stuff
with to from and subject etc.
Can anyone advise how I can remove or change the name at the top please.

Change the name to just your mutual last name in Tools, Accounts, User
Information, Your Name field. That's where it comes from. You can set up a
diff name for each email address in that field so the right person's name
shows up.
