You have two choices:

1. Manually locate and delete all of the porno materials, links to
porno websites, etc.

2. Format the hard drive and reinstall Windows.

I would recomment option 2. Note that if you purchased the computer
then the seller should have included the installation disks for all of
the *licensed* software that was included with the computer. Not
doing so means that you probably have no legitmate license to use any
of the installed software.

With second-hand computers, especially if acquired from strangers
but perhaps even if acquired from a family member or friend, your wisest
course of action would definitely be to format the hard drives and start
fresh. You don't want to get in trouble because the original owner may
have filled the hard drive with kiddie porn, or have problems because
the original owner downloaded/installed viruses or other malware.

Worse yet, I have a feeling the OP is just a prankster. Look at his name.
He has posted other rather offbeat tech queries on many different forums in
