help me uninstall this problem please!

everytime i click on anything on my computer c:\, a
program, etc..... d*mn porno pages pop up, and alot of
times im not even on line when this happens, now im no
dummy to computers, yes i know its a virus. and no i cant
uninstall internet explorer through add & remove programs
because when i try to it doesnt allow me to...ive tried to
delete the folder through my hard drive and that also
doesnt allow me to do so...i want internet explorer out of
my computer! other then to reformat my hard drive is there
a solution? and please dont tell me to restore my comp. to
a previous date because ive already done that too...and yes
i did a virus scan again that failed to help. im runnin
win.XP...if there is someone with more knowledge then me
please HELP! if at all possible send response to my email
as i wont find my page on here.. Thank you in advance...:)

I may be wrong, but I think it would be worth finding a
copy of Ad-aware or someother program to see if it can
find delete this. You could probably find this program
that is popping up on your start menu also, but try this
first. I doubt it has anything to do with IE. Some site
downloaded a program on you.
