How do I eliminate messages containing specific words?

rI am continually gettting pornographic messages with Nudes or Porno in the
title.
In my last computer I could eliminate any messages with 'f*ck' or 'sh*t' in
them.
Unfortunately that eliminated all messages from the American Speech Society,
who had members who inserted one or both words in any message, thereby
deleting my
entire digest from the society. In their view, anyone had the right to use
obscenity or profanity and no one has the right to object. I do not know how
to avoid such messages on my present computer, using XP.

I am getting too many porno daily messages even though I have never
deliberately
visited a porno site: I was tricked once by someone falsely using a name
that I
recognized. I also get porno mail addressed to me at to several other email
addresses beginning with sca

Well, you could always get a different mail address, but absent that, the
junk mail filter for Outlook 2003/2007, while working reasonably well, has a
harder time with some types of junk and Outllook 2002 and earlier can't
handle it well at all. Some people find using SpamBayes
(http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/) a better solution.
