how do i remove a search toolbar

a search toolbar was installed on my computer and I can't remove it. The search bar is installed in IE 6 and if I use it it takes me to startium.com.. I can't find it in add/remove and have no clue how to remove this annoying piece of software

BTW, Toolbarcop might require a minor modification if IE SP2 comes out public. Will start to work on that once MSFT confirms the change.
