How do I remove a deleted macro's button from the toolbar?

I have deleted a macro, but now I can't get the button off the toolbar.

On the Tools menu, click Customize. With the Customize dialog box
open, right-click the toolbar button, and then click Delete. When/if
you are prompted to save the changes to the template, click Yes.
Alternatively, hold the Shift key as you click File; Word will display
the Save All command on the File menu. Click that command, and each
open and modified file will be saved.

Good morning Madam D:

You can simply drag the button off of your toolbar. If that doesn't work
for you, then click on Tools | Customize and while that dialog box is open
then drag it off of the tool bar and it will disappear into thin air!

Thanks Carol - it worked perfectly!
