How Do I remote from....

I need to remote desktop my computer from outside my network that is in a NAT.
So my router manages my internet IP and each computer has a 192.168.1.100 ip

How do i tell remote desktop which computer i want to log, if i cant put a local ip outside this network????
help please.....
 
JuanPablo, you need to configure your rounter to forward port 3389 to the
192.168.1.xxx ip address of the computer you wish to connect to.
