How do I relink my address book in Outlook 2002

After getting a new computer I reinstalled Outlook XP (2002). I created a
folder in My Documents called My Oulook. In there are two files, outlook.pst
and archive.pst .

I can't get my address book to work anymore. How can I get thing straight
again?
 
Assuming you added them using file, open

If you have Contacts in the Contacts folder but they are not accessible when
you click on the To button, check these settings:

Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?
