How do i register needed controls in business contact manager?

I am trying to view "History" relating to an account and receive the message
"Error loading form. Some of the needed controls may not be regiestered.

Did you try clearing form cache folder?
i.e. C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT in Vista.

If clearing the cache doesn't fix the problem, try uninstalling and
reinstalling BCM to register the necessary controls.
