BCM View History Error(s)

Hi All:

I am using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. My operating system
id Windows XP sp2. I cannot get my history to work in BCM. Reporting is okay,
but I cannot show history for an Account or Contact. When I click on the
Histoy icon in the Show Group, I get the following error: "Error loading
form. Some of the needed controls may not be registered." I cannot add any
activities to the contact record properties, activities tab either. When I
try, I get the following Error Message: Titled: Microsoft Office Outlook,
"The operation failed. An object could not be found." I have tried everything
in the troubleshooting for this in Help. I cannot find any help on the second
error message when I try to add activities.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions for correcting? I
would appreciate your help to correct this issue. I would like to view
Account and Business Contact History. Thanks in advance for your help.

Search this group's archives, I recall similar, or the same, errors
being discussed earlier.

Luther:

Thanks. I had searched with numerous terms. After your post, I did a search
on just the word History, and I did find a similar situation that corrected
my problem. Thanks.

It was in Diane Poremsky's post on 8/9/05 responding to "What does this
message mean??" She referred to a web site:
http://www.slipstick.com/bcm/problems/cantopen.htm. I renamed the items in
the registry and now my "Show History" icon produces a history for my
business contacts.

Thanks again,
