How do I reenable settings for McAfee Spamkiller to block message.

I was having trouble between Outlook and Spamkiller. I was asked to make a
choice of options and I apparently disabled some setting that allows users to
block messages from certain senders or that contain unwanted content. I have
no idea what I did or how to reverse it. I now cannot block any
messages....junk mail or not. Any ideas?

Check with McAfee support - it is not an Outlook option, unless you changed
settings in Outlook's Junk Mail Filters. Where did you make the change(s)?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

I spent an hour in a chat room with McAfee techs last night...no luck. When
all of this happened I was checking email. The program (Outlook) stopped
responding. I did the usual Ctrl-Alt-Delete routine. Only clicked that once
and got the error box that program wasn't responding. Clicked End Task
button. A message box appeared and gave me two choices. I do not know what
they said, but I clicked one and now it cannot block messages that get sent
to Junk Email, but I can block good messages. Even if I put something back
in the Inbox , once it's been in the Junk folder Spamkiller will not let me
block it. I'm getting lots of sexually graphic crap and I do not want my
grandchild, much less myself, subjected to it. Help!
