How do I import messages from Netscape mail into Outlook?

I'm having trouble importing my messages and address book from Netscape 7.2
into Outlook (2002). I believe this is why I am having problems with my
McAfee Spamkiller - accepted messages are shown in the spamkiller screen but
never appear in my outbox. I appreciate any help.
