Why do I have to disable McAfee Spamkiller in order to load outloo

A the time when I am loading outlook, the program is stalled whilst MsAfee is
loading its spamkiller. I'll have to restart the computer and then disable
McAfee Spamkiller before loading Outlook. I have been using Outlook for long
time together with McAfee Spamkiller. The problem emerged just a few days
ago. Is it because I have upgraded to Internet Explorere version 7?
