How Do I Recover?

I Had Programs Such As Wild Tangent Channel And Norton
Anti-virus 2003 Which Originally Came With My Computer,
My Family Uses The Computer All The Time And I Came To
Find That Both Of Those Programs Were Deleted. Is There
Any Way That I Can Recover Those Programs Or Am I Stuck.

you may run System Restore to check.But if those programs once deleted
from the system then there is no way to recover them.
