How do I recover my previouis Outlook profile

My laptop (used for both business and personal) suddenly lost its identity; I
had to use a "special" logon and PW to log onto Windows. There has been no
deletions of anything on my laptop. When I try to acces my previous Outlook
2003 email account I'm sent to create a "new" account. I need to recover my
old email account. Can anyone help me with this?
 
When you sign in under a new user account, Outlook looks for the pst file
under the new login ID. You have 2 choices:

1: move the old pst file to the new location under the login or if you have
the rights, you can leave the file where it is and just point Outlook to the
location of the old pst file. To find the pst file just search your hard
drive.
