How do I undo a remove email account?

I deleted an old exchange server email account for a job I no longer have.
When I did that all my personal folders went with it, including all the saved
emails from the 3 accounts I had in my Outlook 2003. Is there a way to
recover these?

Removing an account doesn't delete messages. When you delete an Exchange
account, you will lose of course the connection to your Exchange mailbox. If
this is where you downloaded your additional mail to as well, then you'll
lose that as well. If you stored it in a pst-file, it's still in the
pst-file. Reconnect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... if you
disconnected it.
