How do I recover email messages after deleting a XP User Account?

I had to delete and recreate two User Accounts in Windows XP. I had several
unread emails in my Outlook Inbox. I did not specifically save these
messages when I deleted the XP account. After I created my new XP User
Accounts, I reconnected to my email server...my Inbox was completely empty.
I am having no trouble receiving new messages which were posted after the new
XP Accounts were created. Is there any way I can retrieve/recover the unread
messages? I have talked with my ISP provider and they do not have a copy of
these messages on their server.

Did the PST file you had before get deleted? If so, have you tried using an
undelete/recovery tool?

Vince,

Thanks for your help...the only PST files I can "find" are the ones created
after my new XP profile was created. It looks like the old one got deleted.
I don't have access to an undelete/recovery tool right now but will try that
as soon as possible. I was in the process of setting up a new hard drive and
only have minimum software with me right now. I will let you know the
results. Thanks again.

When you delete a Windows username, it usually deletes the folder associated
with that user as well. Thus, you deleted your own mail.

The longer you wait, the more unlikely it will be that you will be able to
recover the deleted files. http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/

Brian, Thanks so much. Still no luck....I used the recovery tool but it is
only finding pst files associated with my new profile. I also spoke with
someone at my company's help desk and they also think that they have been
permanently deleted. Im sick about it but still appreciate your assistance.
