How do I reboot my system in dos prompt

I need to reboot my computer to MsDos Prompt so that I
can uninstall a prior version of windows, whitch happens
to be on the same partition as the XP O/S.

You are in the wrong NG, for future reference ask this kind of questions in
windowsxp.general NG.

You can enter MsDos prompt from windows.

If you need pure dos. Then you are out of luck, there is not one.
There are some recovery consoles, etc but you don't need them.

Well if you used same directories for installation then you better reinstall
everything.

If not, just delete directories that belongs to previous windows.
