how do I reboot my computer totally?

my computer is really slow and its aggravating me, so i was wondering how do
i restore my computer all the way till its new, like all the way to
manufactures settings? does anybody know?

Depends on your media. Do you have a regular retail WinXP CD? A recovery CD?
No CD at all?

You're just asking to get flamed with a question like that.

Go to help, do a search for "system restore wizard", and run it.
Don't go back all the way, as you will not be able to use any programs you
installed. Just pick a date from the recent past from the calendar the
wizard provides and see if it helps.

Of course there are a zillion reasons why your PC may be acting slow.
Spyware, adware, maybe just not enough RAM to do what you want.
