Computers slowing down considerably -reboot fixes it

Running windows xp pro on numerous computers. Hooked up to network.
Everything was working great till about a couple of weeks ago. Now
computers run extremely slow. Rebooting fixes problem. We have been using
google desktop with it indexing a few directoires on the server. First we
had no problem but latley computers have slowed t a crawl. Have turned off
google desktop, no change. Affects most computers but not all.

Have run our antivirus, adaware and cleaned out temp files. Nothing
changes. Only fix so far is the reboot. So we are figuring it must be a
memory leak. But can't nail it down.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest you uninstall Google desktop completely .
